Stages of ''Jackfruit''...............✍
Second stage of jackfruit is the chemistry jackfruit. It is called "Kos" or "Heraliya". Especially, People in our country use this stage of Jackfruit instead of Rice. They are used to boil and eat Jackfruit pulps. As well as some of villagers in Sri Lanka use Jackfruit pulps to make a special sweet. It is called ''Kos Pathuru''. In here ,Villagers dry and fry in oil the Jackfruit pulps and after add the sugar syrup to fried Jackfruit pulps. It is very tasty we can specially use it in tea times. Moreover Sri Lankans use Jackfruit pulps to make ''Atukos''. It is a very successful food preservation method.
Finally we can identify the uses of ripe Jackfruits. There are two categories of ripe Jackfruits. Villagers use word as ''Vala'' and ''Waraka'' to introduce the above categories. Villagers are used to add peppers and salt 🧂to increase the flour of the Waraka. Waraka is a tasty fruit.
Actually, the Jackfruit is a very tasty and also delicious multi food. Not only that Jackfruit has many varieties of nutrients. Cellulose is very special nutrient among above nutrients. These nutrients can build up our body health and can destroy diseases in our body. So finally, I propose to protect all Jack trees 🌳🌳 in our country very well.
